The Chandler Chamber hosts one of the most exciting events in East Texas on the second Saturday in October. It’s the Chandler Pow Wow! A beloved tradition since 1988, this gathering is packed with fun for everyone.
Held every year at Winchester Park, the Pow Wow brings the community together in a celebration of art, culture and entertainment. From the creative floats, to the over 100 booths featuring unique handmade goods, delicious food and valuable information, the Pow Wow has something for everyone. You can also enjoy live performances and interactive activities for all ages so mark your calendar for the second Saturday each October and come join the over 5,000 festival attendees that flock to Chandler’s largest event.

Hey vendors! We’re so excited to have you joining us for this year’s POW Wow at Winchester Park in Chandler, Texas! This year’s theme is SUPERHEROES, and we can’t wait to see all the creativity and fun you bring to your booths. Below are all the key details to help you get ready for a super-powered weekend!
Setup Details
Location: Winchester Park – Chandler, TX
Friday Setup: 2:00 PM – 7:00 PM
• Please check in upon arrival to find your assigned spot.
• We encourage everyone to get tents and tables set up Friday if possible.
• All final setup must be complete between 7:00 AM- 9:00 AM.
• Martin Street will become southbound only at 8:00 AM.
• Streets will close at 9:45 AM for the parade.
• The parade begins at 10:00 AM and will end around 10:45 AM.
• Each vendor will receive up to two parking permits for the event.
• Parking will not be allowed inside the park except in designated vendor parking areas.
• This policy is non-negotiable due to limited space — please plan accordingly and follow the direction of event staff.
• Vendors are expected to stay open until at least 3:00 PM.
Don’t forget! There will be a special prize for the most creative booth that fits our Superhero theme. Bring your best decorations and let your inner hero shine — we can’t wait to see what you come up with!

We’re so excited to welcome everyone to the 2025 Chandler Chamber POW Wow Parade — part of our annual fall celebration at Winchester Park! 🎉
Below are all the details you’ll need to join the parade lineup:
🚗 Arrival & Lineup Details
- Arrival Time: You may begin arriving at 7:00 AM
- Entrance: All parade entries will enter from Martin Street
- Traffic Direction: Starting at 8:00 AM, Martin Street will become southbound only
- Street Closures: All surrounding streets will close at 9:45 AM for parade safety
- Parade Start Time:10:00 AM
🧭 Lineup Process
- No sign-up is required — lineup is first come, first in line.
- Our event staff will be onsite to direct traffic and help position floats and entries.
- Please follow all instructions from staff to ensure a smooth and safe lineup process.
🍬 Safety Reminder
For the safety of all participants and spectators, no candy or items may be thrown from floats or vehicles.
If you wish to hand out candy or promotional items, please have walkers alongside your float to distribute them safely.
🎉 Theme Reminder
This year’s theme is COMICS & SUPERHEROES! 🦸♀️🦸♂️
We encourage all participants to dress up or decorate floats in theme — prizes will be awarded for the most creative entries!
